What we collect

• Your email address, only if you subscribe to BurnRate Weekly. It is stored by our newsletter provider (to be chosen, e.g. Buttondown) and used only to send the newsletter.
• Cookieless, aggregate analytics (page views, referrers, rough country) if and when we turn analytics on. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no advertising IDs. None is running today.
• Your theme choice (dark or light) is saved in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to us.

What we never do

• We don't sell, rent or share subscriber emails, including with sponsors.
• Sponsors get a labelled placement, not your data.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime with the link in every email; your address is then removed from the list.
• Ask us to see or delete anything we hold about you: sponsors@burnratehq.dev (placeholder contact).

Links to other sites

Source links and "Post to X" buttons go to third-party sites with their own policies. We add rel="noopener noreferrer" so they don't learn which BurnRate page you came from.
